Silent Auction

The silent auction opens for bidding at 5:30 p.m. and closes promptly at 6:45 p.m.
Use the bidder number assigned to you on your name badge.
All items of the Silent Auction have bidder sheets. If you would like to bid, write your bidder number, name and the amount you desire to bid on the bidder sheet. Each subsequent bid must outbid the previous recorded bid value.
Please keep all bidder sheets at the silent auction table with the corresponding item.
One bid allowed per line.
When the silent auction closes, a member of the auction committee will remove the bidder sheets.
Before leaving the event, please check with the registration table to reconcile your tab.
You can request a receipt at checkout.
No refunds, all sales final.

All payments must be made in cash or check only.
